Pricing FAQ

Are there any per-report fees or usage limits?

No. InterimReport does not charge per report or meter your usage. Your annual licence gives you unlimited inspection reports with no restriction on how many you create, complete or lock, regardless of the number of buildings you cover.

What counts as a “user”?

A user is an inspector or administrator who logs in to the InterimReport application. The Individual plan includes one user account — the licence holder. The Professional plan includes three user accounts, and the Enterprise plan up to fifteen. Clients who receive share links to view their reports do not count as users.

Can I add more users beyond the plan’s included allowance?

Yes. Additional user accounts can be added at any time at £15 per user per month (£180 per user per year). Additional users are billed pro-rata to your annual renewal date and can be removed at any time. The add-on rate is the same across all plans.

How does storage work and what happens if I run out?

Storage covers all files uploaded to your account — evidence photos, fail photos, signatures and logos. The Individual plan includes 5 GB, Professional includes 25 GB, and Enterprise includes 100 GB. Your current usage is always visible in Settings under the Storage tab. If you approach your limit, you can add storage in 10 GB increments at £12 per 10 GB per month (£144 per year) — at any time, without disrupting your account.

Which plan do I need to create custom inspection templates?

Custom template creation is available on Professional and Enterprise plans. All users — including Individual — have access to the full library of global templates managed by Construct Software, covering commercial and public buildings, MEP and building services, fire safety and residential housing. Professional and Enterprise users can additionally build completely custom templates with their own sections and checklist items, adapt a global template as a starting point, and set a custom default for new reports.

What is the minimum commitment?

InterimReport is billed annually. There is no multi-year minimum commitment. You can contact the support team to discuss your requirements before subscribing, and we can arrange a walkthrough of the platform before you commit.

Is InterimReport part of the Construct Software suite?

Yes. InterimReport is developed and operated by Construct Software and uses the same identity system as all other Construct Software products — including SafetyCert, ElectraCert and ContractorCompliance. If you already have a Construct Software account, once you have purchased a licence you can access InterimReport directly from your Start dashboard without creating a new account. Your existing profile and signature work straight away.
